Chez Miki

This Japanese restaurant, which recently opened in June 2007, showcases the cuisine of Chef Ayako Miki, who learned her craft at Le Cordon Bleu. After arriving in France in 1996, she opened the shop of her dreams on the street commonly known as Japan Street, near the Opera House.
Chez Miki is located in a small distinctive shop with attractive, orange eaves. One glance at the blackboard menu will leave your mouth watering. Chef Miki has created a rich variety of items to earn the nickname Western Japanese Food for her restaurant. The simple interior of this cosy restaurant creates a tranquil atmosphere, and since there are seats at the counter it is well-suited to solo dining.

Youll initially smile at the lovely arrangement of colourful food. Then, as you take your first bite, youll delight in its unique flavours which could only come from the gentle hands of this female chef. A 15 lunch includes 2 sides, 1 main dish (you can choose your preference), rice, soup, and a dessert.
Pictured are the Garlic Pork Cutlets, Sardine Marinade, Radish Salad and Crab Spring Rolls each of which is a tantalizing option. Coffee Jelly is also pictured Chez Miki specializes in elegant desserts that are not excessively sweet.
