Turning off of Champs Elysees onto Rue Magellan at the Louis Vuitton store takes you to the Hotel Francois 1er in just a few minutes. In sharp contrast to the hustle and bustle of Champs Elysees, this area is calm and quiet. As soon as you take one step into the hotel, you’ll immediately be absorbed by the splendid ambience. The interior, from the furniture, to the other furnishings, the wallpaper, and all the way down to the fabric used, shines with the light of the esprit of France. They promise you the kind of fine quality, luxury hotel stay you can only get from a four-star establishment.

All rooms feature a bathtub, but each one’s chic interior has a slightly different atmosphere. The A/C, mini-bar, and WiFi internet connection (€22/24 hrs.) are to be expected, but JSTV where you can watch Japanese television, the slippers,  and bathrobes, followed by, in the bathroom, shampoo, soap, body soap, cotton balls, shower caps, nail polish… These are the kind of services and amenities you wouldn't often find in one of Paris's petit hotels.

With the sausage, ham, egg dishes, cheese, fromage frais, fruit, cereal, various breads, and hot beverages that are a part of the buffet breakfast, you’ll be able to fully enjoy the flavors of France from the moment you first wake up.

Champs Elysees is full of shops that will make travelers happy, such as Louis Vuitton, Cartier, Tara Jarmon, Hugo Boss, Guerlain, Zara, Petit Bateau, the Monoprix supermarket, and Laduree. Furthermore, a lot of the stores stay open until midnight, making this a very convenient place to be. If you ride the Air France shuttle bus from the airport you can go straight to the Arc de Triomphe. From there, it’s only a short walk to the hotel.
